三、性能及特点：

1、本仪器采用进口高精密控温表PID温度控制，其温度稳定，使用寿命长；

2、仪器采用进口高精度铂电阻测温，采用高精密度的温度数显仪对试样采温，精确可达0.01℃。

3、仪器采用电脑全程操作控制，人性化设计使仪器具备操作简单方便，易学易会易保养的特点。简单，有详细的帮助文档，便于操作使用。

4、使用低噪声真空泵装置进行抽油，同时采用可调水平的毛细管夹具，毛细管夹取方便快捷可靠。其抽油装置上直接使用软件连接粘度计，操作简单，抽油更方便。

5、本软件可以对毛细管进行标定，也可以使用已经进过标定的毛细管对油样进行粘度测试。同时，测试的原始数据可以导出EXCEL文档来进行电子存档。减少打印耗材。如果进行毛细管的标定测试，还可以根据测试，导出相对应的检定证书。

6、本仪器可以同时进行6只毛细管的测试。测试时，可以采用手动，和自动两种方式进行测试和标定，适用性更强。

7、采用现代高清的数字图像采集卡系统对6路摄像头进行实时采集，并用于测量，实现了自动识别毛细管上的上下刻度，并用于图像识别控制，减少了针对大量毛细管标定时带来的工作量。

8、仪器有可以打开观察窗的手柄，打开观察窗后，放平面板，可以针对毛细管的垂直度进行调整。方便快捷。
