三、仪器组成：

1、弯曲器：由两只同心的玻璃管组成，其下端设有钢夹钳，在两夹钳之间的内管部分留一狭缝，以便于内管的温度计的水银球露出。转动手柄可以使内管上下移动，并从而改变夹钳间的距离。手枘每转动10圈，夹钳间的距离由起始的40±0.1mm变到36.5±0.1mm；

2、钢片：长41±0.05mm，宽20±0.2mm，厚0.15±0.02mm有弹性的平钢片不用时要使之处于展平状态；

3、冷却器：双层杜瓦瓶，通过循环恒温浴提供冷液；

4、温度计：刻度范围－38~+30℃、0.5分度；

Iii. Instrument Composition:

1. Bending device: It is composed of two concentric glass tubes with steel clamps at the lower end. A slit is left in the inner tube between the clamps so that the mercury ball of the inner tube thermometer can be exposed. Turning the handle allows the inner tube to move up and down, thereby changing the distance between the clamps. Each 10 turn of the hａnd square will change the distance between the grips from 40±0.1mm to 36.5±0.1mm;

2. Steel sheet: Flat steel sheet with a length of 41±0.05mm, a width of 20±0.2mm, and a thickness of 0.15±0.02mm shall be flattened when not in use;

3. Cooler: double-layer dewar bottle, providing cold liquid through circulating constant temperature bath;

4. Thermometer: scale range: -38~+30℃, 0.5 degree;
